Recoup was born from lived experience. Since 2007, our founders have been family caregivers themselves witnessing how confident hospital care often turns into anxiety once a patient returns home. Despite detailed discharge instructions, families were left to manage complex care without guidance, clarity, or ongoing support. Recoup was created to close this critical gap between hospital and home by combining real caregiver insight with structured guidance and technology transforming overwhelmed family members into confident care partners and ensuring recovery continues safely beyond hospital walls.
